I’m Malak, your photographer! Passionate about creativity, culture and travel. I value my family, my furry cat my plant babies. Photography is part of my everyday routine. I specialize in wedding photography but I also love family, lifestyle and pregnancy sessions! I’ve build my business from scratch and it’s safe to say that this business is my baby! I grew up in Canada and moved to Michigan and I’m proud to call both of these places my home. My house is where I work for admin and all the work before and after a photoshoot session and it’s also where I’ll be to relax and unwind. Which is why I made it my sanctuary to fit both my business and my personal life. I love taking magical photos in nature and in extravagant hotspots around the world and my goal is to capture your special day where ever you are around the globe.
In my spare time, I read books, go for walks, and travel. I believe in the power of dreams and intuition and that one is only a failure if one doesn’t try. I like waking up to a warm morning coffee while listening to something meaningful to start off my day. I know that you can get any business done with a smile since a smile is a form of charity. The more I travel, the better I get to know myself and fully appreciate what I have around me on a daily basis. The most beautiful thing in the world is diversity, and the worst thing is the lack of respect for that diversity. I cherish all kinds of culture and see it as a form of art that I want to capture and add to my wall. The best form of life is the one I have here and now by being thankful throughout this journey of life. The best description about me is the one intermixed with photos.
I’m a sucker for great stories
I’ve always liked to hear or read about great stories, all kinds of great stories. Being a photographer is like being an author, I get to capture your story and showcase it creatively! At a young age, I discovered that I am a curious human that seeks to learn more about people and culture. Today, no matter if I am traveling or at a wedding, the camera is an extension of my curiosity and thoughts. It is photography that allows me to feed my curiosity of human life. Photography allows me to tell stories that will stay with me forever. Photography has quickly become my number one passion and has overtaken my everyday life. It has become my passion to capture human emotion and catch everything in between gestures, tears, and kisses.
Whether couples or women at various stages of their lives, who want to see themselves through my lens tp capture the wonderful time in their life, one thing never changes, which is the beauty of one’s self. Being a photographer means that I’m always surrounded by joy and laughter and that gives my life! I want to inspire and get inspired. I want to capture your moment and place it in a fairy-tale frame.
